NVR-8580 Inconsistent Push Notification to iPhone

I recently installed a 8 cameras system (Carmeras are NHD-865) and recorder is NVR-8580. Everything works fine except push notification.

I configured the NVR and the iPhone app (HomeSafe View) correctly as per instructions. I only need notification from 1 camera.

Push notification works in the following situation:
  • after a reboot
  • after disabling and re-enabling push
I may get 1, 2, 3, or 4 push notifcations (instant!!) and then it will stop until I do one of the two actions above.

The same camera is also configured for email notification which works 100%.

I sent an email to Swann but they haven't replied.

Swann, please help to troubleshoot this problem.
