I configured the NVR and the iPhone app (HomeSafe View) correctly as per instructions. I only need notification from 1 camera.
Push notification works in the following situation:
- after a reboot
- after disabling and re-enabling push
The same camera is also configured for email notification which works 100%.
I sent an email to Swann but they haven't replied.
Swann, please help to troubleshoot this problem.
