Viewer freeze and unable to login

We use your cameras where I work. They are up and running in the director's office. Other staff uses laptops and are able to view via wifi. On Friday afternoon all of the remote users' screens froze, and now we are all unable to login. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the CD Rom and that didn't work
