Trying to set up an account with the SAFE by Swann app

I have just bought the Swann Smart Security Camera.
Tryingbto set the app up but It won’t accept a location. Any location! I rang the hot line and after questions about wifi, server etc was told to leave it for 2 hours and try again. Which I have done but it still wont acknowledge any location.
any suggestions

Thank you Andrien it is now working. Does it make a noise/notification on the phone if there is movement in front of the camera?

With regards to your question, yes, it will give you a notification on the phone if there's a motion in front of the camera.
Also having the same issue with trying to enter location. I think this is a bug in the mobile app
