Hi all, I recently purchased the SWWHD-OUTCAM and I I'm having problems connecting it to my network through the SAFE By Swan App as it says "Camera only works on 2.4GHz network" every time I try and connect the camera. The problem is my router is both 2.4 & 5GHz and I do not control which frequency my devices are assigned to without messing around with the admin settings for my router. Yesterday I split the two frequency's but I still couldn't connect to the 2.4GHz frequency, so now I don't know what to do. The SWWHD-OUTCAM has an Ethernet port but for some reason I cannot setup the camera with the app through Ethernet. What should I do, Send it back or keep trying? As most routers are 5GHz I would of thought a modern camera would be able to connect quite easily to a 5GHz network and that it would connect when I plug it in to the network. Any ideas?
