Activating Camara to Cell Phone

I tried to activate two camaras to the cell phone app yet after many trieds I wasn’t successful. Like an hour later I tried one more time but it told me that the camara was already pared with an account, yet it told me it was supposed to be in the dashboard. I’ve tried to reset it and do the procedure again yet I’ve failed. I don’t know how to take the camara away from my account and set it back again. By the way it’s the Swann Smart Security Camara Wireless.

Are you still unable to pair your cameras to your account and get the same error message? If so, when and where did you purchase your cameras? Did you get them brand new and sealed ?
