unable to pair my camera

I was able to pair my camera easily the first time I set it up however for some reason it disconnects my wife and unable to connect again after several attempts therefore I unpair it and tried to pair it again however to no avail. I reset my wife, logged out in my account and logged back in, went closer to the WiFi but still to no avail. Message always says unable to pair my camera. By the way I don’t know if this is worth mentioning but I also tried to update my iOS hoping that it will finally work but the same result and message unable to pair my camera. I have the model SWWHD-INTCAM and using my iPhone 7 to connect.
