Swann 4/8 channel video recorder will not connect to my Swann app after installing a new router

We have a 4/8 channel camera/recorder system set up. The cameras are shown on the internal monitorand used to show on my iphone 7 via the swannView Link app. However, we recently changed out home internet service provider (now EE 4G home internet) and since then the app will not work. Can anyone help please

It sounds like either -
The IP address range used by the new router is different from that used by the old router.
Or you did not have the NVR set up with a static IP address, but relied on a DHCP-issued address, and it not changing, and the new router has now assigned it a different IP address.

If the latter - check the NVR IP address in the 'connected devices' pages of the EE Home Hub and match it in the Swann app.

If the former - you could change the IP address range used by the new EE Home Hub (usually to match the IP address range used by your old router.
