Followed the printed instructions for SwannView Link for Android but don't see any devices so setup manually but don't see any cameras. Thanks

My system is:
Model: NVR8-7400
HW: H3MB02
Build: 1512240
Cfg: V.2.0.0.

Hi @Kevin991,

We appreciate you reaching out to us.

Do you get an error message when you try loading the cameras on the SwannView Link app. Also, please make sure that the DVR is connected hardwired to your router.

Thanks.
Doh! Was using a complex password with mix case, got the case wrong! None the less I didn't need DDNS and it was this that actually confused me! Presume it's a legacy system that is now redundant?
@Kevinm999

Indeed Kevin! You do not need to set up DDNS if your DVR has a UID code. It is our old products that would have to use an IP address or set up DDNS.

Thanks.
