Hello@Nick 5744 I would think the best option for returning is to call customer support and work with them. As I understand your issue it’s with the lack of “push” notifications, have you been able to receive email notifications? I’m using the app with iOS on my phone and iPad it works but could be much better. My issue with the push notifications are that it takes you to a live view and not to a playback of what triggered the alert. Then when I do access playback, it’s very jerky and skips several frames. Playback directly from the recorder is smooth so I know it’s the app that is the problem. Anyway, good luck with your problem...
