Error Code 48 Help for a Swann DVR8-4900 model

My cameras up until about a week ago have been working perfectly, but suddenly they won't load on the app on my iPhone7 and gives me the Error Code 48. Please assist me in correcting this problem. Thank you so much!

Hi @cpetersoniv,

Did you change any settings on your DVR or router? Please try to reboot the router and the DVR.

If the issue still persists, try to login to your menu and make sure the DHCP is enabled. Check if the DVR will get a valid IP address or gateway.
