Cannot use app on phone or check for updates

I have a 8ch dvr4575 and cannot get it to connect to my phone or check for updates.

The internet connection is working as I can send emails and update the time. Ip is static, I’ve added the ports to be forwarded and i’m really not sure what else I can do.
